What is your return policy?
Return policy is as follows: Candles that have already been melted are non refundable.. If you receive a candle that has become damaged due to delivery then you can exchange candle or in extreme cases a full refund may be submitted.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer Gift Cards at this time... But good news is we do offer Gift Certificates in any amount. We honor gift certificates with a 12 month expiration date since we understand that lives get busy and you may not be able to redeem quickly.
What are the payment options?
Currently we accept Venmo, Zelle (bank to bank transfer by app)
money orders and cash Payments.
